    there are some beautiful quilts there. you all have been very busy. your church is gorgeous. i hope you had a good turn out.

    Everything is very beautiful. I'm glad your MIL's quilt was found. It is beautiful, I love the soft colors.

    Thankyou!! Sadly none of us knew that my MIL had made this!! We found it stuffed at the back of a cupboard after she died! My SIL was amazed as she recognized fabrics from her school dresses and blouses she had had!!! I took it home,took it to various groups for advice and eventually just 'bagged'it and tied it with her buttons! It now has pride of place in my SIL bedroom where her childhood Teddy sits!!! We think it was made around 1976 from the few bits of paper that were still in it!
