    Isn't quilting such a "common thread" between cultures, countries, and people? Thank you for posting. Your quilts are beautiful, as is the architecture. My ancestors were from Upwey, Dorsetshire and someday I'll get there to visit. As far as the quilt you tied and used buttons - that's a wonderful idea. I may just try it out someday.
