Default Our Vacation Quilt Hawaii and Maine

Combined photos from 2 vacations in this quilt for our "beach" family room. My photo prints are done by using Betty's Fabric and instructions...I think they came out nice! www.bettysphotosonfabric.com

I am not happy with the quilting on this because I tried out my new BL Crescendo WIDE stitches to "quilt" with. The waves aren't too bad, but the loops really were a challenge, and since the stitches were so so tiny I couldn't take it out once I started. If you have ever tried using the newer wide stitches that move back and forth to create...yikes! The laser on this machine was very helpful in keeping the stitches going straight.

Overall I really like this one.

Sew much better than an album on a shelf.
