    Wow, thank you all so much. Here I am once again, at 4:30 am with my coffee & found my thread on 'recent topics.' It really starts my day off on a good note to see your replies. It's going to be a crappy week (month? or more?), bf got laid off yesterday and I haven't had any work. Looks like lots of quilting & exercise in my future while he's going nuts spring cleaning...but I lost 6 lbs last week, trying to stay hopeful! Hugs to you all.
