    I need to clarify my original post. I made a quilt for Owen. Owen is a newborn. His mom requested that his first quilt be 'down to earth.' So I toned down my normal bright, colorful fabric style and piecing technique to accommodate her request.

    Owen's mom now has a new appreciation for quilts, that she didn't have before he was born. She has pieced her first quilt. This was not a picture of it. She made a beginner quilt that is not pictured here.

    Very nice..People who don't quilt..don't realize how hard it can be to make sure the points are all there..Your star quilt would be a good example of what they should look like....Nice
