    Thanks everyone for the wonderful comments. The idea came from a pattern I saw in "Sew Simple" magazine for an owl stuff animal that is much bigger. I am making the stuffie for my youngest and wanted to do something else for my oldest. So I adapted that pattern for the purse. If it would not be breaking the rules I have no problem trying to post my pattern for all to use. I am just not sure who to check with about this. If I am not allowed to post the pattern, search google for "Melly and Me" and they have an owl purse pattern.

    This is the melly and me pattern and I think yours is definately different.
    Hope this is ok to post a picture of their pattern.
    It is from one of the websites that sell their pattern.
