My DH and I were able to spend one day at the Paducah Show. I had never been and thoroughly enjoyed it even though we didn't get to see it all. Although we have many pictures, I am going to try to pick out the ones that amazed us.
There were so many more I wanted to post but DH said I should leave some for others to post. This was about 1/50th of the quilts that were there. Hope you enjoy as much as we did.

The first pic was one of my fav's as well!! The gold couching was to die for.
That was BTW "Summer Wine" entered in Large Wall Quilts by Kenneth Berg and Joyce Ross of WA.
I loved "On my bed" but I found I could not photograph it. I know this is going to sound silly but ... it was so real looking and with the name of "on my bed" I felt like a voyeur! I felt like an invader in this mans bedroom. Not a bad place to be I suppose as he is a handsome fellow, but I'm a happily married woman :)
