    Default Paint by Number

Allow me to present my latest finish, a multi-fabric batik bargello called "Paint by Number." The pattern is available at allpeoplequilt.com. The quilt turned out 95 x 48.5 and I used 30 different bargello fabrics.

I suspect I made a mistake someone in the pattern -- I saw one in my favorite quilt shop and I don't remember it being so long and narrow. However, it JUST fits an empty space on my sewing room wall so I'm still a happy camper.

Beautiful!! One of these quilts is on my to-do list. But that a loooooong list, don't know when I'll get to it.
    I love your colors.

Your quilt is beautiful! Did you use the tube piecing method that I've seen here and on you-tube? I've made only one bargello (my first quilt) and I'd like to make another but want to find the simplest method for doing so.
