    I really like how you laid out the blocks at either end. I had to look twice to see they were the same block. They really set off the quilt!

    I think it's gorgeous!
    How about telling us where to get the instructions for the flower or doing a tute on them?
    I'd love to do something like this. :)

    I never thought about adding crocheted goodies to a quilt! What a cool idea!! My sister loves to crochet and that is a really good idea for a quilt for her. Your quilt is beautiful! Thanks for sharing!!

    You can find the rose instructions on crochetmagazine.com, March 2009. It is found on the pattern for a rug called Lattice Rose. I used just the instructions for the rose and leaves. If you can't find them I can certainly do a tute for you.

    The instructions had just two rows of the petals, I added the varigated purple row to make the flower bigger and to also make the pink more visible. You can make it as big as you want and, of course, use whatever colors you want, the sky is the limit.
