    Default Panda bear paper pieced

I'm making this quilt for little 7 year old hurt in an accident and in rehab. She loves panda bears. I need your help. First is it big enough? I'm thinking about adding a row of grey to make it a little bigger. However I don't want a monster quilt. Also, how do I quilt over the panda bear. I just know how to meander and I'm going to use white thread. Do I just keep going over the same way. Or stop with the bear. Not sure how it will look with the black in the bear to meander with white thread. Thanks for any help.

It seems plenty big enough. Just a gray binding is all I would do. I love the positive and negative blocks. Darling Panda.

Very cute and the size looks perfect! I would just outline the different colours and around the edge in the Panda block.

Very unique quilt - sure to make that little girl smile. I agree with the others....outline around the panda and between "his" blacks and whites.

Ok. Thanks so much. I will change color of thread on the panda. That shouldn't be too hard.
