    And my favorite...

There were 94 pieces in this piece. I think it measures about 11x14 or so.

Beautiful! I love the humming bird. Isn't it fun? I did a quilt for my grandson that was paper pieced elephants. :-)

I am having SO much fun with this! I love how the finished product looks so complicated, but the process is actually just piece-by-piece and not hard for me to do. My biggest problem is choosing fabric! I have a book of flowers and they have many shades of color in each one. I've been too nervous to start one yet! I bought a double-wedding ring pattern at paperpanache.com and will doing that soon.

    Hi KSCrafter,

I love your work! The snowflake, especially, is just lovely.

I have a great time with paper piecing, too. I use it any time I've got a lot of points in a block and want them to be perfect.

The largest thing I've done with PP is an "I Spy" quilt for my grandson -- 120 different hexagons, with different colored star points, with the entire alphabet (upper and lower case, thank you!) down the sides, 1-10 across the bottom, and his name across the top Took me 6 months to do!! :!:

I've got a number of new things I'd like to do now that that's finished! 8)

    Have fun!

Very nice, looks like paper piecing suits you. I've been dabbling in paper peicing, too. Which reminds me, I need to finish those.
