    This is what I love about paper piecing. The scraps, the little piles, & bits of paper all over. Pulling bits & pcs. out of my wicker picnic basket full of scraps I used to throw away.

    You did a great job for your first time. I had hoped to make my block also this weekend but have been dealing with a lot of pain in my back and neck. Hopefully I will be able to get it done by next weekend. I hope my first attempt at paper piecing turns out as well as yours did.

    Here is a Candlequilter Star block that Jo Belmont made and sent to me. The colors are a really nice light green great for a summertime theme.
