    These are beautiful! I would love to make this too. I had a parakeet when a child and when it died we buried it in a large matchbox. I don’t see any wrinkles. All I see is beauty. Love it!

    You are doing a superb job of piecing those birds! It's going to be a delightful quilt. Now I'm thinking about getting the pattern, but wow, what a lot of work it would be!

    Are those parrots foundation pieced or regular piecing, and if they are regular piecing, are they hard to do?

    no not paper piece but pieced not very hard but lots of 1 inch pieces to deal with
