    yipee :!: :wink: :!: :wink: :!: i love this quilt. wasn't it fun?? i can't wait to make another. i'm glad you like the book. it has become one of my favorites. such neat old timey sayings included on each page.
    as usual you did a magnificent job. i would love to quilt it for you but i am so afraid it might get "lost" before i could get it back to you. :roll:

    I love the way that pattern turned out and what you did with it.

    I found a tutorial on how to make a similar quilt. She calls it a String-x quilt and likes to make her strings "wonky". Of course, one wouldn't have to.

    This is great! I don't have all the scraps yet (newbie here), but the rate I'm going I'll have enough for something like this real soon...LOL. I love the bright, cheery colors.
