    Thanks I am thinking of using the black center as my one consistent fabric in the quilt. Now, to get it cut up and stitched up!

    Great idea! I think this pattern works best when the centre square of the 9 patch is done in a fabric that is strikingly different to the others so black will fit the bill nicely! :mrgreen:

    I love the quilt and your stitching is simply fantastic on it! If you have any doubts at all and cannot live with the quilt I will be more than happy to take it off your hands, LOL!!
