    The pattern is Pink Bargello Ribbon - the woman I made it for is fighting lung cancer (pearl ribbon), at 32 years old. Her husband asked for a queen sized quilt, so I added to the sides as the original pattern is 89x44".
    The day after I started on it, she was admitted to the hospital with a collapsed lung, her treatment is working too well, and her lung wasn't healing fast enough to keep up with the tumor receding. She's back home now, but I felt a bit of urgency to finish it for her. So, I managed to get it done in 3 weeks.
