    Love your table runner, you have done a beautiful job, just do the same with your first quilt.. I too have a 1976 singer slant needle/self winding bobbin,have sewed a million + stitches on it, have all but retired it. Have a singer quantum 500 that I use most of the time. then just purchased a new Long arm, having lots of fun learning how to quilt on it.

    I am having performance anxiety so bad that I haven't even gone in my sewing room for a while. I guess I can perhaps make something small and see what happens. Thanks and now that I see your good work, maybe I can try it and see.

    Job well done; a few pokies doesn't usually indicate tension trouble, just indicates that you may have moved your hands just a bit faster at that particular spot. It still takes a lot of practice

    You did a good job from where I can see. I didn't see any brown. Nice pattern and finished table runner.
