    Colleen, this is gorgeous!
I hope everyone has a chance to see this with it being inside this message thread. Maybe you would want to make a separate posting of these pictures in the picture section and link it back to the Bargello Quilt virtual section. I'm so proud of you, I would like for everyone to see what you have accomplished.
I really like how you did that dark thin border inside the quilt. How did you do that? Mind if I try that on my quilt?

thank you very much for everything you have taught me.. i am soo excited to have learned this.
on the inside border i did an 1 1/2 inch strip and sewed it down one of the strip lines.. then i folded it over and sewed it down.. i thought it might give it a border look without actually doing a border. i like how it turned out..i wouldn't mind one bit to see you or anyone use it.. i wanted to add a darker border and did not know how.. since it was a bargello.. this is my version of a double border ! lol
also i did go to pics and i posted a link there so others could see what you have been up with your students !!

Wondered how you did that border. So you just sewed it on top? at the seam line? Really jazzes the quilt up. I really like that idea. Great!

Very gorgeous quilt! I love how you did the small outline borders, but continued the bargello strips. Very nice!!!
