Looks good, Sarah. I really like that.

Just a reminder to everyone that mailing date for our 2nd borders is February 15, 2010. I have Terri's partially done and hope to be fully finished by the end of this week.

Isn't it funny, I've been auditioning fabrics and nothing has been right, and I've been starting to stress about it. Put it aside and forgot about it for a bit, then this afternoon I decided to have another go.... and voila! The perfect pattern and perfect fabrics leapt out at me. Weeks of fussing and it's all sorted in ten minutes. Well, sorted in my head, now I have to actually make it happen! LOL

Can you send some of that VOILA this way?
I have your center and just cannot figure out WHAT to do for a border. The border I WAS going to put on it, was done already.....UGH!
I'm hoping something slaps me in the head this week so I can get it done and in the mail!

    Do you want some suggestions?

I just went back and had a quick look at the picture..... my first impression is a solid border in one of the nice bright colours, like the yellow or blue, with applique cat shapes (fusible, of course!) You could get away with a cat in the corner, and a bird in the opposite top corner.

Or butterflys.... a thin solid border then a wider one with butterflys.

Or.... actually that's all I've got at the moment.

I think I have it figured out.

You have great taste, anything you do will be fine. :-)

I'm loving the way this is evolving.
