Wow, Jen. That dark ending just finishes the quilt so perfectly.
    What a gorgeous quilt!!!

Lori, I am really curious, do you plan on entering your quilt in a show? I keep coming back to look at it. Every border compliments the center and the style. It is a truly amazing work of art. I'd love to see how it does in a show... I feel a blue ribbon in it's future!!!

I absolutely agree!! I think this one and Melanie's are the two that I've seen that stayed absolutely true to the center, from color to design, etc.

Well, I'm going to add a final border to it to convert the size from square to rectangle, then probably have it professionally quilted (I machine quilt, but this one is just to nice for my level of skill). Once that's done, I'll probably enter it somewhere, but not sure where. My BIL has already asked for it and I told him that I could make him a facsimile, but this one was mine, all mine... LOL

I think everyone did a fantastic job on this and really did stay true to the center. I can't wait to see it finished. I'll be sure to post a picture when its done for everyone to see.

WOW I must add my compliments to Lori's center-I think it is one of my favorites. The workmanship and follow through are very true to the original center-just gorgeous. You are one lucky gal!

I know you are thinking - It is about time! :) I was thinking that also!!! This was mailed to Tisha last Friday. I was glad that I finally was able to finish it. Thanks for the fun ladies.

Marianne, that's gorgeous! I've really enjoyed how the elements of this one have progressed. Your addition is the perfect ending.
