    my favorite part about using the quilts my mom and I made is having to wash them about twice a year, once in the spring when it's finally warm enough to hang them out and once in the fall so they're clean for winter use in my house. When they get hung out my neighbor who gets to look out his door and see them always says how pretty and bright and colorful they look. His wife loves them too. Maybe I'll make one for them this year for Christmas...
