we have a "maintainance free" heat pump, which is fantastic. We have an older home that didn't even have a furnace, let alone central air. We have made a lot of improvements, and one of which was the heat pump. I forget how great it is to have temperature control at the touch of a button, then the collection tray for condensation cracked. It's all under warranty, but have to wait for it to come, then have it installed.

Janstar! I've struggled. And thought. And worried. Nothing was coming together for your final round. Then tonight, it struck me. Whoo-hoo. I'm in the cutting mode now. Nope, I haven't forgotten, I just wanted to wait until your top talked to me. Now I"ll get 'er done.
