    My thanks to everyone for their kind comments. I know everyone shies away from foundation piecing because it seems too difficult. I for one at the start was very confused and yes I think you need someone to show you the ropes so to speak, but it is just sooooo worth while because the results are so professional (for an amateur like myself).

    I have not tried the pp thing yet but I really want to but I'm just afraid that it won't come out. One of these days I will work up the courage.

    Gorgeous block Elle! :thumbup: Paper piecing is one of those techniques that when you finally 'get it' ....zoom! You're off & running!! But you only have TWO other UFOs? Oh my! I can see at least 10 from where I'm sitting here! LOL
