    I would stitch in the ditch on all the straight areas, including the squares that are made of blocks. The hearts and flowers I would outline. Don't know what I would do with the center part where the printing it. Perhaps nothing?

    I think maybe edge to edge of a simple floral would be nice. You have so many different shapes, it would be better than trying to custom quilt each block. But, if you're a really good quilter, doing the custom would be pretty awesome, I think. IMHO
