    It's amazing to what the process they go through to make those beautiful batiks. It's very time consuming - so they can justify the price, although I'm sure the workers get very little compensation.

    Oh that looks like the Batik factory in Penang? They have some beautiful fabrics there, I bought a gorgeous table cloth and also several cuts of quilting batik cloth when we were over there. Shall probably not ever use those pieces though as they are not to my usual taste

    Thanks for sharing the pictures! It gives me sort of a feel for how the fabric is created and who really makes it.
