We had a little breakfast get together on Saturday a.m. April 9 of Board Members on their way to the Best of the Valley Quilt Show in Lindsay, CA. We only had a few, but since this was our first one, we are anticipating it will grow over the next few years!! We were so blessed to meet each other. And the quilts at the show were WONDERFUL!! Here are some of what I think were the best of the show. The all white whole cloth quilt took Best of Show...and it was done by a lady who belongs to our guild, Cotton Patch Quilters of Kern in Bakersfield, CA. She did it on her table top Bernina, not on a long arm!! It was AWESOME!!! First time I have seen a whole cloth get Best of Show!!!

Be patient...I have lots to put up, and it's running a little slow.

This was was SO cool...parts of it were 3D..hat, collar, cuffs.

These are lovely quilts. I like them all. The first one looks more like my speed for beginners.

Here is the Best of Show Quilt. I'll add more later, because this is running really, really SLOW right now.

Close up of her incredibly intricate quilting.

Just sneaking in a quick comment between posts so this is easy for me to find and watch. The white whole cloth is amazing. She appears to be a fan of Diane Gaudynski who is a legend in DSM bernina quilting. It is spectacular. Looking forward to the rest of your pictures.
