I'm totally amazed at the detailing today quilts Have!! Are the Quilters, using fabric & enhancing with thread or ARE, stickly useing Embroidory machines/Thread painting? Either way--- I'm jelious!!!!! Oh, quess I don't practice enought Tinker

oh thanks so much for posting these pics. I attended the show but forgot my camera.
i evidently missed a few because i never saw the woman on horseback quit. nor maybe the lovely Drunkards Path one. Did you see the small quilt with the turtle? lovely quilting in that one.

Oh Karla, thanks for more pics!!! the Poppie quilts were gorgeous. I fell in love with the brown one!!
also the Parasol ladies quilt was fabulous. shiny beads and buttons on their dresses and hats, matched in color to their clothing. wonderful!!!

Thanks for sharing. Such diversity and all beautiful. I thought it was quite interesting that on the New York Beauty the maker used the fabric of the rays of one block as the background on the one next to it and the colors on the star tips related to the blocks they were next to and the color seemed to radiate out in a spiral.
