Just as I thought- You got a FANTASTIC DEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would ask Billy- lostn51 or Charlee. They know everything about old machines.
I'm so happy for you!! :D ENJOY

Congrats on your FW. She looks good, and you have a lot of other goodies as well. Enjoy and check in the virtual section for tutes on cleaning and taking care of your vintage machine.

I went to my LQS and picked up a book on Featherweights called "Featherweight 221" by Nancy Johnson-Srebro, its not cheap, but it is well worth the price, it gives you a lot of information on how to not only maintain, but also on how to use the machine and the its, by the way I still think you got a killer deal on the machine, congrats and enjoy

You got a good deal. If it was in 'perfect' shape you would have paid 3 times that. As long as it sews & you're happy with it, that's all that matters. I love mine.

This brings back such memories. My mom had one and I think my sister sold it after mom died. I learned to sew on it.
