Default Pics of my refinished vintage stool using a quilted piece

Yes, you can use quilts as reupholstery fabric:> I refinished the cabinet a while ago and it didn't come with a stool. I got a stool that is the original match to the cabinet, but it was a blonde color and the top was pretty nasty. I refinished the stool and covered it with a scrap quilt piece(pieced and quilted on my 301). It's comfy and looks much better than it did originally!

You did a great job on the stool. The top is so pretty and colorful.

I wouldn't mind sitting on your stool all day, quilting. It is beautiful and looks so comfortable. I like the black pieces that tie in the color of the paint. Super job.!
