    These are beautiful. I found a cross stitch book of carousal horses in a thrift store a few weeks ago for 3.00. I plan do make them and use the panels in a quilt.

    Beautiful Sunni! :D Needlepoint and cross stitch used to be my creative outlets before quilting took hold of me! I still enjoy doing it, but who has the time with all the quilt patterns out there?? lol But your work is just lovely!! :D

    Nooooo Linen LOL I am scared of it. Strictly Aida for me 14 and 16ct.

    I switched to linen and found it easier than Aida once I got used to using it. I still miss my x-stitch but my eyes just won't let me do it anymore. And I do love quilting.
