    Jerrie, you have the touch. You are doing an awesome job-your quilt is going to be gorgeous when you get it finished. I have the same problem with invisible thread breaking. I finally put it in a jar that I sat behind my machine and threaded it through a hole in the top and it stopped breaking.

    ok i will try that also i use the jar the same way with the cone thread i know what you are talking about Thanks

    ...the put the jar trick works well as well as trying to put the spool upright on the spool holder, even perhaps with a netting over it...

    Oh Jerrie I just love it!!!! I stitch with that thread and had the same problem but then I covered the whole spool with a netting sock.....works great no more breaks...good luck.....wonderful work and thanks for sharing
