    Do not be afraid to try paper piecing. It is so easy and there are so many people here on the Board who paper piece who will help you. PLUS, there are some good tutorials to look at. I do a bunch of pping and love the results. My avatar is PP'd. The quilt in the photo has PP'd centers for the stars, so you don't have to PP everything in a quilt. There is so much info on the web about paper piecing, you will start to love it soon after you finish your very first pointy spike!
