Where did you get your plastic containers? I quilt and stamp also and have not found a good solution for organizing stamps (I have a lot). Do you have any suggestions about that, so you know where to go for a particular stamp? The ones I bought as sets are still in the original container, but the ones I purchased separately are harder for me to organize. Thanks.
I bought these stackable containers at Office Depot. There are eight containers in the picture that you see (two stacked on top of each other). I hope this helps. They cost roughly $25 each.
    Thanks. I'll check it out!

The windows is wonderful and the room looks so light-filled! And a closet, that will be handy! I did notice the really great wall you have for a design wall. There are many ways to make them, I'll include a link to a picture of one of mine, which also includes a detailed description about how I made it and what I used. Likely you'll get a lot of input with ideas on these, but here's mine:

OMG! Your sewing room is to die for. SO organized. You should go into business organizing for others.

Great sewing room!!!! Love the window, if it is on back of house wouldn't worry about curtains (if there is no one behind you) As far as design wall, just some flannel hung on wall would work for me or a very large plastic table cloth which has backing could be hung with the backing side out.

Really nice room!! I hung lace sheers on my window, and I still get plenty of light. Of course, I didn't have any view to begin with, so it doesn't matter! Get to creating :!: :!:

Ethel, I should copy pics of your sewing space, and blow them up, and put on my 'cave' walls, to make me think I have a lot of space. Kind of a psyche trick, lol! your room is great, and love the window and those upper shelves are fantastic. :D

Sale your baskets on Ebay. You will never get what they are worth at a yard sale. These baskets will increase in value especially if they are signed by any of the family. I also make baskets and they are a lot cheaper and can not sell them at yard sales. Love your room. Wish mine was that neat.
