Here's my little sampler using my 6 1/2" blocks. A colorful little bugger isn't it. I did a lot of stitch in the ditch becase I wanted to be sure it won't fall apart when I wash it. It's about 22 inches square. The sashing is a dark purple. I was originally going to put the turquiose but it popped more with the dark purple, and I didn't want to use black. But I used te turquiose for the binding.

Here is Lucille....one more block, which might be the one coming from my Dec. partner and then I'll put these together. This is a 12 1/2" block.

Very nice Katie. After looking at yours I am wondering if I can do this block in black and white and one other color. Hmmmmmm. Thinking.
