It is about the resizing. I think I spent nearly an hour working at resizing 2 pictures, before I was able to post them. I changed the setting on my camera, so now it takes smaller pictures, but all my old ones, if I want to post them, I need to resize them. The saddest part for me, about this new change, is that the quilt gallery, because all the pictures were too big, are lost, and we can't access them.

I email the ones I want to myself and then the Iphoto program ask me if I want to compose at small, med or lgh and I answer small. One i have the e-mail, then I save on the desktop and use them off there to post. It took me a while to figure out what was wrong.

Can sympathise with you. It has taken me ages if feels to get this part right but I have now learnt to resize my pics and like emc1118 said if I want to post a pic I first have to resize it on my computer. Once I did that it all worked. Get someone with some computer brain to help you out and then you will be off. It is worth the effort. For me I had to right click on my pics and then go to "edit" and then there was a "resize" function on the tool bar I could use. I had to downsize to about 40 percent to get pic to fit in. What I had found tricky was that I hadn't used the right click button to try to find the resize function before and there it was all the time. Keep up the good work.

Patrice has/had an article telling how to resize pictures. I copied and pasted it into notepad or something like that and printed it out, took me a little while to resize the 16 quilts pictures I made this year.
Gallery is still there - NO LOST PICTURES, I have seen them several times. The changes are not like everyone says. There are lots of help, must read.

I agree with you about this new board not being so great. I have tried several times to load a picture but it is too big when I preview it. So I delete it. I don't know how to resize pictures--just posting them is hard enough.
