The room's not very large--but the closet wall is all mirrors, so it looks bigger and the lighting reflects great!! It's my comfy little sanctuary.

I have a cabinet in which the machine will fit flush. thank goodness for that, but Leslee, your stash looks about the size of mine, except mine is not nearly as neatly arranged. i love to sew, but there is a slob in me that stays out most of the time as opposed to the neatnick that never shows up!

A favorite of mine is the "Warm Wishes" pattern. Once you make one it is like eating peanuts .... hard to stop after one. http://www.quiltmaker.com/patterns/patt83/ is for a bed sized quilt, for a smaller version http://quiltmaker.com/patterns/patt4/#quilttop Have fun playing in the stash.

Catherine, no--that's a Gracie Frame for hand quilting and it's usually got some project in it that I'm working on. When it's empty it folds up nice and flat, but I've got noplace to store it so there it sits! I try to stay neat, honest I do. Not always easy. If I photo'd the room with the mirrored closet doors open you'd see what I mean  !!!

The children and grandchildren have gone home. I've spent a week clearing out cupboards and the sewing room is almost back together. The cutting table still has clutter to store somewhere. Tomorrow I have jury duty so I don't suppose I'll get to stitch up Tim's block yet AND tomorrow is another BOM posting. Sigh! I'm behind again. Story of my life! BUT my room looks good.

We called St. Vincent de Paul to pick up the twin bed that was cluttering up my sewing room. I feel like there is so much space in there now that I can dance! Wow! I feel absolutely spoiled!

After I figured out the picture problems then the internet dropped me. Lovely! One more time... Here it goes!!

gotta get that cutting table cleared off!
