    also, love that you said, you gotta decide what your gonna part with from your stash to back it with. I feel that way about all my fabrics too. :D

    Thanks so much - it is a really easy pattern! The Layer Cake squares make up the hourglass blocks, and the charm pack squares make up the 4 patches. I decided on using some of my Red Rooster fabric for the backing; I love the feel of it and I had a bunch to use as a background fabric. The dark brown binding should set it off nicely.

    I've given up for the night, but it is about 2/3 quilted. I decided just to meander the body of the quilt, but haven't made my mind up about the border yet. It's 9" wide, so lots of room to play and if it's not perfect, well - it's just a throw :wink:
