    that is very pretty. I am amazed when people are so talented to hand dye their fabrics and quilt them, too. You did an awesome job.

    If you go to www.colourfulstitches.com, Gyleen has a great tool for pineapples. It's a plastic ruler that does everything. It has the marks to cut the strips and center squares and trimming and it's just great. I took a class recently and just loved it. She is great and doesn't mind if you contact her when you get stuck on something. Hers are scrappy pineapples but the principle is the same. There's books to go along with the ruler too. I have the book too.[/quote]

    thanks so much for the info, I'll try anything. I just don't know why I can't get it. I think I fight using paper patterns on my cloth or something. sharet
