    I decided to make a twin size quilt instead of a king.:roll: I just have to add the borders and the top will be done. I decided on a quilting design for the white blocks (the stencil is in one of the photos below). The completed quilt will be donated for a local fund raiser. Thanks again for all of your great comments.

    WOW!!!! Gorgeous!!!! I love the stencil! I cannot believe after all that hard work you are going to donate it for a raffle--but they will love you for it because you are going to raise a LOT of money with that quilt.

    Wow! That is beautiful, I love the civil war prints and I love the pink and brown.

    I am so jealous, I have tried to do the double Irish Chain and I just can't work with parts that little. Maybe I'll work up to it.

    First time I've seen this thread; just gorgeous! Great choice of colours and the stencil you've chosen will look fantastic when done. Love it.
