Ovie did a wonderful job peicing this quilt and you made it simply exquisite with your beautiful quilting. I would love to see some closeups if you have them.
I too love to quilt feathers. I find the motion of doing them relaxing and fun at the same time and the results are so pleasing to the eye for me. It is a texture you just can't help but run your fingers over it when it is done.

Isn't that "Aunt Sukey's Choice" done in pink and green? Is it just me or does anyone else think we should share and keep the traditional names of patterns? Maybe I am just an old-fashioned gal, but I would hate to try to find "Pink Lemonade " in the quilt names lists.
Aren't we bending history to lose the traditional names? Maybe not. Maybe "A rose by another other name would smell as sweet," but try to find the words to " The Star-Sprinkled Bummer"!
