    Thank you so much, TammyD!!! A good exercise is doing a quilt like this to relieve us from being so "matchy-matchy" and try doing it without noticing value or color and you'll feel so "relieved." Our natural inclination is towards matching and balancing colors, but this quilt says "anything goes." It's a stress-buster from piecework! Am so glad others enjoy my work!! Thank you for your nice compliments!!

    I do too!! And that's what I literally do!! After having done so many scrap quilts, I just forget about paying any attention to what goes where!! They all look good together!! Thank you so much, Lilrain!! One of my secrets is putting your favorite scraps together first in the same bag!! It all comes out nice!!

    Scrappy seem to be where I am headed most of the time. Such a warm and happy quilt and uses
    up those scraps!
