    Default Pinwheels and Prairie Points

I made a little girl quilt just like this about a year ago and I loved it. So I had some little boyish fabric just sitting around and decided to make this up. Ended up just sitting around for a while and I had a friend who was having a baby boy and decided to pull out the UFO and get it done.....it was perfect for the occasion.

Fun quilt. Sometimes it's hard to make something that looks like a boys quilt. Great job

That is just darling...love it! How big are your pinwheels? Are those 5" blocks?

The finished individual blocks were 8 1/2" square. I made the pinwheels with a Charm Pack. You can get the instructions "recipe" from Moda Bake Shop at the following link.
