    Here are a couple of closeups that I took. The quilt is hanging in the museum right now. So I'll try to get a few more closeup when I get it back.

    Well, darn, I guess I took these pictures before I put the coconuts in the trees. Well, there are coconuts in the last photo, but the top trees wound up with beads for coconuts and they are not on in this photo. This quilt came totally out of my head. I started with the clipper ship, then the islands, and went from there. I see some things that I would change (I think),but for the first attempt, it was a lot of fun and a little stressful. lol
