    Your FMQ is fabulous. Wish I were that good. I did a Newfoundland quilt. I was pleased with it. E njoy playing around with it.

    I am trying to 'learn' but my biggest problem is that once I get started, I don't want to "ruin" anything. LOL! I know placemats are perfect, but .... Anyway, I am trying to do lots of Charity quilts for practice.

    Thanks for all the reading recommendations..I love Leah Day's site too...lots of great ideas! I agree! I think the main thing we all lack in perfecting out quilting is Time! I know for me, thats a huge issue...not enough time!!

    I know exactly what you mean! I finally just cut some practice quilt sandwiches that I didn't intend to use for anything so I wouldn't be worried about ruining something. I've kept most of them so I can look at them and see what worked for me and what didn't. I store them in clear sheet protectors in a large binder.
