    so do you have the 6 fabrics to make the tube, then cut the triangle when its folded at the center colors? Do you leave enough space inbetween each cut to use the leftover triangles? I haven't seen this method... do you have a link to the pinwheel tute?

    Yes, it's that blue link in my original post (above). Very easy. My strips were only 32" long, rather than the 40" layer cake strips, and it came out with very little waste. There are two small pieced triangles leftover from each tube after cutting, which I will put together into a smaller baby quilt later. Watch the video!
