    Default Poinsettia

I don't think I would be exaggerating if I said I have about 100 hours of labour in this wall hanging. I think it turned out ok, but I wouldn't do it again.
I should add that it is an Edyta Sitar pattern, Laundry Basket Quilts.

Well, I think it was time well spent. That is a very nice piece for Christmas, and subtle enough you could keep it on the wall all year. I love the holly!

Thank you. It doesn't show in the picture but every inch of this hanging is quilted. (mostly to get it to hang flat. lol)

I also think it was time well spent! It's just stunning.
It would probably take me twice as long and not come out half as well.

This is very pretty wall art. Both my daughters would love it.

It is stunning and you will have such a treat each year when you hang it for the holidays. I haven't done appliqué and this motivates me to try it. I imagine you feel such satisfaction when you see how your time spent created such a lovely piece of art.
