    Default On Point

These are fabrics my daughter picked up at Walmart. She cut and sewed the squares into rows, then brought the rows to me to cut the set in triangles. I cut and pinned them on each end of the rows so she wouldn’t get mixed up, also labeling rows in order. She had also brought me at the same time her backing fabric and batting. After she had came a few times and each time I reminded her that her triangles were pinned on and ready for her to finish, she would always say I’ll get them later. Well hubby and I concluded she wasn’t going to get them until mom finished it for her. So….it’s 65.5x95.5 she cut her squares 6.5 inches and I added the 5 inch border after sewing the set in triangles. She bought 6.5 yards of 45 in fabric and I had just enough for the borders, backing and binding. Of course, the backing has two seams where I pieced.

I love that quilt. Especially how you sprinkled the side triangle fabrics into the quilt design too. background effect!

Great Teamwork! Your daughter has a good eye for color, like her mom. Are you quilting on a long arm Toogie?

Yep! She'll pick those up "later". Thanks, Mom!
That is so pretty. Teamwork came together very nicely. She chose very nicely when she went shopping.
