I love it. We have a motorhome and sew far I have sewed on the picnic table for sure, but no canopy or room.
You have to send this photo to some quilting magazines and HGTV. Somewhere along the way you would have to win some prizes for creativity.

Great way to take a vacaton and keep up with our quilting, you're very inventive. May in Jersey
PS: Always wanted a screen in back porch so I could sew out there in the summer, plenty of space to spread out and so much cooler than my upstairs sewing room. Also have to run a window AC in sewing room and the noise makes me crazy while I sew. Setting up like you have might be a great way to accomplish my outdoor sewing room.
