Default Portrait of my Boxer done!

One of our board members, Cuppi Duke, sent me this appliquéd portrait of one of my Boxers which she made up when I ordered a few patterns from her. I just finished quilting it, using smoke monofilament thread on top to FMQ around all the components of his face and around his body. Then I cut letters to spell his name and appliquéd them, then hand-quilted around them. I SID the inner border, then bound it. I gave it to my DS, since Tank is his dog. I can't wait to start on my Boxer, rocky, now! Cuppi is incredibly talented at making an appliqué picture from a photo! Check out her work on the Board if you haven't seen it yet.
