Thanks everyone.....sad attempt of pot holders but might be good for something.....just idn an odd mood.....blame it on the weather cold, hot, rain, snow, hail....I feel the same way......just don't know what to do next......bare with me.......:-)

I use 4-5 layers of warm & natural batting, everything in a pot holder needs to be cotton unless you're using insul-bright(heat resistant batting)

Sometimes going small for a while is what it takes to get you back on track again. Pretty potholders!!
Insul-brite with the heat resistant foil incorporated in the batting works great for anything that will be used around heat.
It keeps the heat away from the hands, and is easy to quilt, and they carry it at Joann's.
Sure understand about the mojo...... a lot of us are
"under" from the weather. It has been over 100 daily here in Texas until I have the energy and mojo of a fried egg.

Cabin fever in the winter is different. You can look out and see snow. All you can look out and see at 105 is heat mirages off the streets, and all your plants dying. Pray for snow!! And SOON!! :roll:
